At the start of each workout, our trainers check in with the class and explain the workout for the day

Warmup

The warmup is designed to prepare your mind and body for the specific demand of the day’s workout

Prep

Prime the movers for the day and start to get the blood flowing

Strength

Push the intensity with compound moves to build real strength

Secondary Combos

Continue the intensity with alternate exercises that complement main movements

Pump it up

Increase the reps and heart rate to build support muscles and your summer body

Strength Cardio

Push your physical and mental limits and finish strong

Cooldown

Bring it back down and find your balance for the rest of the day
